The phenomenal Zoltán Veres will not miss this year's SIAF either
25.07.2022

We can no longer imagine Slovak International Air Fest SIAF without the participation of Zoltan “Zoli” Veres.  Currently, it is one of the most resounding names in the European aviation and aerobatics. So far, he has flown more than 19,000 flight hours on 120 types of aircraft - from small acrobatic specials to state-of-the-art Boeing aircraft. He holds a zero-altitude aerobatic licence and is a recognised legal aviation expert. Do not miss the unique experience of his solo performance on the EXTRA 330 SC machine, on the last weekend of August, on the 27th and 28th of August at the Kuchyňa Airport in Malacky.

Perennial star in the SIAF sky

Regular visitors to the Slovak International Air Fest SIAF are familiar with Veres' acrobatic “breath-taking” maneuvers in the sky and just above the runway surface. A performance in which he is able to cut a tightened ribbon by turning in the air at a speed of 400 km/h flying upside down at a height of three meters belongs to his most attractive stunts.

Everyone knows him as Master Pilot

Even the members of the organizing team from among commentators or the flight unit are always waiting at every SIAF holding their breath, what this master pilot would come up with. "I saw Zoltan Veres, the master pilot of acrobatics, flying with my own eyes several times. Not once has it been the same, and it has always made my blood run cold. Though at the time as a commentator of his performances at the SIAF at Sliač, I knew in advance what he was going to do, I was nevertheless looking holding my breath into the area of the trees between Kováčová and Badín and waited whether he flies through or not. He is a true master of his craft,” revealed Jaroslav Švacho, a former Slovak International Air Fest SIAF commentator and a former pilot of the L-29, L-39 and MiG-21 aircraft.

He has his performances drawn by hand on a piece of paper

Zoltan is known at air fests at home and abroad for another interesting fact. He always has his flight plans drawn by hand on an A4 piece of paper. If you want to see truly unique aerial acrobatics on a small, agile and high-performance aircraft, do not miss his exceptional performance. Come and see his acrobatics with your own eyes, thanks to which you will leave the Slovak International Air Fest SIAF 2022 once again richer in beautiful aviation experiences.
